Practical wellness sessions covering menstrual health, PMS management, and sustainable nutrition habits designed for women and students in Bengaluru.

This montage shows highlights from a workshop on "Women Health, Food and Nutrition" organized by a college's Women Empowerment Cell. I spoke about the importance of a balanced diet, sleep, and mental well being for leading a healthy life.

This emotional feedback from a student at the Women Empowerment workshop was truly touching. She highlights the importance of my message on self acceptance, a crucial aspect of mental health that we discussed in detail.

Menstrual issues are very common, but often not discussed openly. In this video, my team interviews young women about the problems they face during their periods, like bloating and cramps, to open up a conversation and offer help.

This is a continuation of our video on menstrual health. We explain how junk food can worsen PMS and dysmenorrhea, while nutritious foods and physical activity can help. We invite women to share their concerns for free tips from our team.

This post shares my philosophy on fitness for women. Being fit is not just about looking good; it is about feeling great from within, having pain free cycles, uninterrupted sleep, and the energy to handle multitasking with inner peace.

About this collection

These sessions are not about generic advice or fad diets. I focus on the connection between what you eat and how you feel daily, specifically addressing common concerns like menstrual cramps, bloating, and energy dips. Whether for a college women's cell or a corporate team, my approach provides actionable steps you can start using immediately, without needing expensive supplements or complicated meal plans.

Many women assume that fatigue, painful periods, or constant mood swings are just part of life. My workshops are designed to break these myths. With 15 years of experience in clinical nutrition, I have seen how simple shifts in daily habits can reverse these symptoms.

What We Address

  • Menstrual Wellness: Understanding how junk food, sugar, and caffeine directly worsen PMS, bloating, and dysmenorrhea.
  • The Art of Acceptance: Moving away from the pressure of societal beauty standards to focus on functional health, like having the energy to get through the day without crashes.
  • Practical Nutrition: I teach you how to read your body's signals and use everyday Indian kitchen ingredients as medicine. No fancy labels or powders.

The workshops are interactive and jargon-free. We use real-world scenarios, whether you are a college student dealing with exam stress and acne, or a working professional managing long screen hours. My goal is to equip you with the knowledge to manage your health long after the session ends.

If you are representing a women’s cell, college, or office in Bengaluru, I can tailor the content to the specific needs of your group. We can cover everything from PCOS management and skin health to stress-free eating.
