Explore creative expression and joyful movement in a supportive, pressure free environment. I offer contemporary dance workshops for kids to build confidence and flexibility, as well as sensory friendly movement therapy for neurodivergent children and adults.

Kirtan & Sacred Music

Join our Kirtan chanting circles for soulful evenings of devotional music. These gatherings are a simple way to quiet the mind, open the heart, and connect with a tradition of call and response chanting. I also share my personal journey with Hindustani classical music.

Women's Wellness: Cycle & Moon Workshops

These workshops create a space for women to connect with their body's natural rhythms. Led by guest experts, we explore how to adapt yoga and lifestyle practices to the menstrual cycle for greater health and spiritual growth. Men are also welcome to join and learn.

Mindfulness for Children

Through music, movement, and meditation, I create a joyful and pressure free space for children to explore mindfulness. These workshops are designed to help kids connect with their inner world through playful activities and creative expression.
