About Our Community & Celebrations

We believe that practice is not a solitary act, but a shared journey. When we gather for events like our 'Pause for a Cause' fundraisers, we move beyond individual asana into collective service, performing thousands of Surya Namaskars to support education for tribal children. It is these moments—where our collective intention creates a real-world impact—that truly define the heart of our shala.
