Sadhana is not a solitary burden. Our community in RR Nagar is a space for seekers to share the journey, learn from elders, and grow through traditional practice.

We marked the 12th anniversary of Harsha Yoga by invoking the divine with the lighting of the lamp. It was an honor to have Swamiji and Arun Sir bless our gathering. This journey is not about flashy pictures, but about a pure wish to seek the truth.

A view of our community gathered for the 12th-anniversary pooja. It gives me immense pleasure to see students, both old and new, and their families, coming together to honor the Guru Parampara and support each other on this path.

Receiving blessings from Swamiji on our 12th anniversary. The guidance and blessings of our elders are the force that gives us the strength to continue on this path. After all these years, I feel I have still not even scratched the surface.

Performing the Ganapathi, Navagraha, and Lakshmi pooja during our anniversary celebration. We begin every important event by invoking the divine, seeking blessings to guide us and give us the strength to evolve and transform our lives.

The next generation also participates in our traditions. Here, a young student joins in lighting the lamp. It is important to involve children in these rituals to instill in them a deep-rooted connection to our culture and spiritual path.

Here are some of our senior students participating in the Deepotsava, the festival of lights. Coming together as a community strengthens our individual sadhana and reminds us that we are all part of a larger spiritual family.

The entrance to our shala, lit with diyas for the Deepotsava. Each light represents the dispelling of darkness and the awakening of inner consciousness. It is a beautiful reminder of the light we all hold within.

A glimpse of our shala entrance during the Deepotsava celebration. The warm glow of hundreds of diyas creates a divine atmosphere, making everyone feel alive and connected.

A beautiful rangoli made of diyas and flower petals, created by our students. These traditions are not just decorative; they are a form of meditation and an expression of devotion that strengthens our bond with our culture.

Our entire yoga family, from the youngest to the oldest, participating in the Deepotsava. Festivities like these are the easiest way to strengthen relationships among students and make them feel part of a community that is beyond family and friends.

About Our Community & Satsang

These gatherings are not social events. Whether we are performing a Navagraha pooja or lighting diyas for Deepotsava, the intention is consistent: to strengthen our collective focus. In a world full of noise, this shala in RR Nagar provides a space where you can be yourself, surrounded by others who are also committed to their Sadhana.

Satsang is the company of truth. At Harsha Yoga, we view our gatherings not as networking opportunities, but as vital support for your spiritual practice. When you see our students arranging flowers or lighting diyas, you are seeing a form of Karma Yoga. It teaches patience, attention to detail, and devotion.

We believe that if you spend too much time with common people, you will lead a common life. That is why our shala in RR Nagar is designed as a sanctuary. From our 12th-anniversary poojas to our regular philosophy lectures, everything we do is rooted in discipline and the Guru Parampara. These moments of collective silence and celebration help to break the cycle of lethargy. Whether you are a beginner or a long-time practitioner, being in this environment pushes you to look inward. You are not just coming to a class; you are becoming part of a community that values authenticity over trends. If you are ready to stop chasing quick fixes and start your actual journey, this is the environment you need.

I am Harsha. After 12 years of teaching in RR Nagar, I have realized that yoga is difficult to sustain alone. This community is where we remind each other of our why. We practice, we celebrate, and we push each other to evolve.
