Yoga is a journey best shared. See how our community comes together—in the studio and online—to build strength, support each other, and find balance.

"Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self." Here, three practitioners flow together in nature, demonstrating the harmony and connection that yoga fosters.

Balance your body, calm your mind, feed your soul. This clip shows our hybrid model in action, with students practicing together in the studio while others join seamlessly online.

Three souls, one flow. This video showcases an advanced synchronized headstand sequence, a beautiful display of unity, strength, and trust built through consistent practice together.

Strength, Breathe, Balance, Peace. A collage of moments from our outdoor sessions, capturing the essence of what we cultivate in every class.

"Once you taste that peace, even a day without it feels off." This video captures the feeling many of my students share: yoga becomes an essential part of their mental and emotional well-being.

Your brain tells you to stop at 40% of your potential, but that's a lie. I teach the 40% rule: when your mind says you're done, you have 60% more to give. We push past these mental barriers together.

What happens when you don't do yoga? This video highlights the common consequences: low energy, back pain, and difficulty managing weight. Yoga is a preventative practice for a healthier life.

About this collection

What you see here is not just about nailing a pose, it is about the environment we create. In our group sessions, whether you are joining from our Paschim Vihar studio or logging in online, I use props like straps and yoga wheels to ensure everyone, regardless of their current flexibility, can participate fully without feeling left behind.

Why Collective Practice Matters

When you practice in a group, the energy shifts. You are no longer just pushing yourself; you are part of a rhythm that lifts everyone up. Whether it is our weekend sessions or the hybrid studio-online classes, the goal remains the same: Shaant mann, saaf soch (Calm mind, clear thoughts).

The Power of Props and Guidance

Many people hesitate to join group classes because they fear they are not 'fit enough' or worry about getting injured. My approach is different. We use yoga wheels for back support, straps to deepen stretches, and wall-assisted poses to ensure safety. I focus on active, verbal corrections—even for online students—so you get the same attention as someone standing right in front of me.

Addressing the 40% Rule

In our community, we often discuss the 40% rule. Your brain often signals fatigue when you have only used a fraction of your capacity, attempting to keep you safe from discomfort. In our sessions, we gently challenge this barrier together.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I join if I am a total beginner? Absolutely. My sessions are structured to meet you where you are. We do not compare progress; we celebrate consistency.

Do I need a mat or special clothes? Just comfortable clothing. I provide the specific props required for our flows.

Is online instruction as effective as offline? With my hybrid setup, I prioritize verbal corrections and live monitoring, ensuring your alignment is correct whether you are in Paschim Vihar or logging in from home.
