The Facility & Approach
We train in a functional environment designed for combat, not comfort. You will find standard EVA interlocking mats for safe grappling and drills, heavy bags for striking, and functional tools like tires and battle ropes for conditioning. It is a no-frills, high-intensity space.
We emphasize the basics before anything else. You learn to move before you learn to strike. Whether it's perfecting your stance, wrapping your hands, or drilling combos on the bag, our focus is on technique that holds up under pressure.
