Our Akhada: Real MMA Training and Professional Setup
This is built for serious fighters and beginners who want to train right. We have a full boxing ring, wall-to-wall mats, and the equipment to actually level up your game. No shortcuts, just real techniques from active fighters in Sector 72, Noida.
Welcome to Vajra MMA. I will personally walk you through our facility, from the padded grappling area and professional boxing ring to all the specialized equipment we use to train our fighters.
A glimpse into a typical group session at our gym. You can see students practicing boxing, doing core workouts, and receiving individual instruction from coaches, all at the same time.
Strength and conditioning are crucial. We mix in bodyweight exercises like pull-ups with combat drills to build functional strength that translates directly to your fighting ability.
Our classes involve a lot of movement. Here, students are working on footwork drills using cones and ladders, which is essential for maintaining balance and creating angles in boxing.
About Our Akhada: The Ultimate Training Ground
Most gyms give you one instructor for everything, but fighting is too complex for that. At Vajra, you work with four separate specialists—a wrestler, a boxer, a BJJ practitioner, and a striking coach—all active fighters who live the techniques they teach. You are not just doing a workout, you are learning how to spar and defend yourself from people who actually step into the ring.
You won't find this kind of infrastructure in most gyms across Delhi-NCR. We built this facility to replicate a real-world fighting environment because we know that environment dictates performance.
The Setup
- Professional Boxing Ring: We built this ring ourselves to teach proper angles, footwork, and ring generalship. It is the core of our technical training.
- Mat Section: Fully padded walls and high-density mats mean you can practice takedowns and grappling without worrying about floor burns or hard impacts.
- Functional Conditioning: We have USI heavy bags, speed bags, and reflex bags alongside standard squat racks and pull-up bars. You aren't just lifting weights, you are conditioning your body for combat endurance.
Why Specialized Training Matters
Combat sports like MMA, boxing, and wrestling have completely different mechanics. If you learn from a general fitness trainer, you miss the nuance. We have specialists for every discipline. Whether you are working on your sprawl in wrestling, your jab in boxing, or your ground control in Jiu-Jitsu, you are learning from someone who is an expert in that specific craft.
