About Our Dojo: The Space Where We Grow
The heart of our academy is our specialized puzzle mat flooring, designed specifically to absorb impact during high-intensity grappling and takedowns. We keep this space clean and maintain a strict code of etiquette, ensuring it remains a safe, respectful environment for everyone from complete beginners to seasoned fighters.
When you walk into our Sector 46 academy, you are not just stepping into a gym; you are entering a space built for focus and growth. The facility is a basement studio designed to keep distractions out and energy in. We use full-coverage, 20-25mm red and black puzzle mats that provide the grip and cushioning needed for safe grappling, takedowns, and striking drills.
Our equipment setup is built for performance. You will find a full line of USI heavy bags for your kickboxing and Muay Thai training, alongside speed bags and focus mitts for improving your striking precision. We prioritize hygiene, with shared changing areas and organized storage so you can leave your gear safely while you train. Ventilation and air conditioning are managed to ensure that even during the most intense workouts, the air stays fresh.
