This is not a place to pose in front of mirrors. We built a raw, functional space where the only thing that matters is how hard you train.

About Our Gym: The Proving Ground
The floor here is covered in high-impact EVA foam mats designed specifically for wrestling and BJJ ground drills, not just jumping around. We focus on real combat training, so you will see our professional-grade MMA cage front and center, with hanging heavy bags and equipment like tractor tires and sledgehammers lining the walls instead of traditional treadmill rows.
Our facility, often called 'The Proving Ground' by our members, is built for one purpose: to prepare you for a fight, whether that fight is in the ring or against your own limits.
The Setup
We prioritize space for movement. You will find zero machines that isolate muscles because we train the whole body. Our gear is heavy-duty—think 50kg to 100kg tractor tires, jute climbing ropes, and Indian clubs (Mughdar) for functional strength. We have dedicated striking stations with 6ft professional heavy bags and teardrop bags to build power and combination speed.
The Cage
The center of our Greater Noida gym is the MMA octagon. This is where the real work happens. It is not for show; it is where our athletes drill transitions from striking to grappling under supervision. If you are in the Fighter's Batch, this is your home.
Recovery
We believe that training is only half the battle. We have included an industrial barrel for cold water immersion. It is a simple, no-nonsense setup, but it works to reduce inflammation and keep you training hard the next day. This is a space for everyone—from beginners learning their first jab to soldiers and state-level athletes. If you are serious, you belong here.
