About this collection

Our training sessions take place on an open-air terrace in Koramangala, which keeps the environment fresh and avoids the stale air of standard indoor gyms. You will be working with ex-national coaches who prioritize technical precision over generic repetition, ensuring you learn real combat mechanics from your very first session.

Our Approach to Combat Sports

We treat Mixed Martial Arts as a science. Our curriculum covers Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The facility is designed for performance, offering unlimited access to group batches six days a week, with sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes.

Building Functional Strength

We emphasize conditioning that translates to the ring. You will use equipment like tractor tires and battle ropes, but the primary focus is your movement and form. Beginners are welcome. We have many students who started with no prior experience and now train with high intensity.

Personal Coaching

For those with specific goals, we offer 1-on-1 personal training. This includes immediate feedback on your stance and punch accuracy. This tailored approach ensures you build a solid foundation regardless of your starting point.
