About The Grind: MMA, Boxing & BJJ Drills
We train in a raw, garage-style environment with 25mm EVA mats and industrial fans rather than air conditioning. This setup is intentional, because we focus on high-intensity conditioning where you sweat, struggle, and grow together. You are not here to look pretty in a climate-controlled room, you are here to build real-world strength and technical skill.
Our sessions focus on the core disciplines of combat sports. Whether you are here for self-defense, athletic conditioning, or to compete, we drill the fundamentals until they are second nature.
What You Will Learn
- Boxing: We emphasize fluid movement, accurate strikes, and combinations. You will learn to control distance and improve your head movement in the ring.
- Muay Thai: Known as the art of eight limbs, we focus on powerful kicks, knees, and elbows. Balance and form are key here.
- BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu): This is the smartest sport in the world. Our ground-based training focuses on grappling, submissions, and solving problems under pressure. You will learn how to control an opponent, regardless of their size.
- Wrestling: We work on takedowns, escapes, and cage control to round out your MMA game.
The Training Philosophy
We don't do 'boring'. Expect athletic warm-ups that spike your heart rate, followed by hands-on technique drills. We use tools like tractor tires, battle ropes, and partner carries to build functional, real-world muscle.
We provide a safe environment for controlled sparring, where you can test your skills against a resisting partner. It does not matter if you are an absolute beginner or a pro; the most important step is showing up. We have members from all walks of life—office folks, students, and athletes—training side by side.
