Strength & Conditioning for Combat Sports
Forget the fancy gym machines. Here, we build a fighter's engine using tires, battle ropes, and real functional movement to get you cage-ready.
Tire flips are one of the best exercises for building the full body strength and explosive power needed for MMA. It builds a strong back, core, and legs.
Tire jumps are a staple in our conditioning workouts. This plyometric exercise develops explosive leg power, agility, and cardiovascular endurance.

About Strength & Conditioning
Forget treadmill runs and polished machines. At our Mukherjee Nagar gym, we train for real-world endurance. Whether you are prepping for a cage fight or just want to get fit, we focus on functional strength—tire flips for back power, battle ropes for explosive intensity, and plyometrics to build the agility you need. If it doesn't make you a better fighter, we do not do it.
Why Real-World Strength Matters
In a fight, your stamina isn't just about lung capacity; it's about how you move under pressure. We don't use stationary machines because a fight doesn't happen on a fixed path. We use equipment that demands stabilization and power generation from your entire body.
Our Training Tools
- Tire Flips: These are non-negotiable. They build the raw back and leg power required to drive through an opponent during wrestling or clinch work.
- Battle Ropes: High-intensity conditioning that forces your shoulders and core to sustain output even when your lungs are burning.
- Plyometric Boxes: Essential for explosive speed. If you cannot move fast, you cannot strike.
- Kettlebells: For dynamic strength that translates directly into punch power.
Who Is This For?
This isn't just for pro fighters. Our Strength & Conditioning classes are for anyone willing to put in the work. Whether you are an absolute beginner or looking to sharpen your athleticism, we guide you. We focus on form—haath upar rakh (keep your hands up) and body curve correction—to ensure you get strong without getting injured. If you want to train where the team actually cares about your progress, come to our Mukherjee Nagar facility.
Knockout MMA
We are Team Knockout, not a corporate fitness studio. We treat training like a family affair where national champs and beginners sweat side-by-side to build the same engine.
