Here, you will not find machines that isolate one muscle. Instead, we use kettlebells, tractor tires, sandbags, and bodyweight movements to force your body to work as a single, explosive unit. These sessions aren't designed to make you look good in a mirror; they are designed to make you dangerous in the ring and durable in real life.

The Method

Our functional training program is designed to develop three things: explosive power, core stability, and grit. We cycle through high-intensity intervals using equipment that mimics the chaos of a fight:

  • Kettlebells & Sandbags: For dynamic movements that build grip strength and explosive hip power.
  • Tire Flips & Sledgehammers: To develop the raw, functional strength you need for clinching and grappling.
  • Bodyweight Calisthenics: To ensure your strength is transferable and improves your agility.
