At our studios in Indirapuram and Vivek Vihar, we don't just teach asanas. Whether you join our group classes or a specific therapeutic session, we focus on small, consistent habits like deep breathing and proper alignment. If you are dealing with chronic issues like back pain, thyroid concerns, or just feeling stuck in a daily routine, you will notice a shift in your energy and flexibility within the first few weeks of consistent practice.

The philosophy at Anubhuti Yog is simple: we believe that most modern health problems, from migraine and stress to BP and diabetes, start in the mind. Our sessions are designed to untangle these knots, moving away from the idea that yoga is just about pushing your body to its limits.

We structure our classes for real-world needs. For our therapeutic students, we conduct an initial assessment of health history and mobility limitations. We use props like chairs, belts, and bolsters to ensure that anyone—regardless of their current physical condition—can practice safely. This is not about complex poses that look good on camera; it is about finding the pose that your body actually needs today to heal.

Our methodology combines traditional Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, and meditation. If you join our studio sessions, expect a community vibe with 15 to 25 students, where the focus is on progress at your own pace. If you prefer privacy, our one-on-one home training offers a tailored approach to track your inch-loss and flexibility milestones over a set of 12 sessions. We also offer 200-hour Teacher Training programs for those who want to turn this practice into a career.
