Kids Yoga Classes for Focus and Growth
Yoga is about planting seeds for a lifetime of mindfulness. In my classes, we move past just stretching to help children build mental clarity, emotional balance, and physical strength.

About Featured
I keep my kids' batches strictly small, capped at 12 students, so every child gets the hands-on support they need. We use blocks, straps, and Iyengar-style rope walls to ensure safe alignment while keeping the practice fun and engaging.
Why Yoga for Kids?
Sach baat (honestly), I wish more of us started yoga as kids. When children learn early, they are not just stretching. They are learning how to handle big feelings like anger and stress while building a stronger, more focused mind.
What We Do in Class
My classes are designed to be practical, not just theory. We use specific routines to boost physical growth and concentration:
- Growth Drills: Repetitive Tadasana and Vrikshasana for posture correction.
- Rope Wall: Gravity-assisted stretching for spinal elongation.
- Mental Drills: Trataka gazing exercises for focus and Pranayama to help with hyperactivity.
- Prop Support: Using blocks and belts to help kids feel confident and safe in every pose.
The Result
I don't teach to keep kids busy. I teach to help them navigate their world. Whether it is improving memory for school or simply helping them calm down after a long day, my goal is to give them tools that stick. It is a shared journey of growth, memories, and discipline.
