I help kids find their inner strength and *man ka sukoon* through a blend of playful yoga and gymnastics. It is not about perfection, but about the joy of movement.

This is the heart of my kids' yoga class. Here, children learn to find their balance and focus, not by being perfect, but by enjoying the process together. We work on poses like this balancing stick pose to build strength and stability in a fun group setting.

Safety and trust are everything. In this video, you can see one of my expert coaches providing hands-on support as a young gymnast practices a back handspring on a soft mat. I make sure every child feels secure as they build their gymnastic skills.

Look at this amazing progress. This young student is demonstrating a full front split, a result of consistent practice and flexibility training in my gymnastics class. I celebrate every milestone, big or small, because it builds a child's confidence for life.

Movement should be joyful. Here, my students are having a blast with a fun obstacle course, crawling under hurdles to improve their agility and coordination. I believe in making fitness a playful adventure for every child.

Teamwork makes everything better. This clip shows my students working together on their gymnastics fundamentals, from backbends that improve spinal flexibility to wall-assisted handstands that build upper body strength. The energy in the room is always encouraging.

As a mother myself, I understand the importance of a nurturing environment. This is a special moment with my own daughter, helping her with a standing split. I bring this same personal care and encouragement to every child in my studio.

This is a glimpse into a typical kids' yoga session, where we flow through different asanas like the warrior pose and gentle side bends. My goal is to teach children how to connect with their bodies and breath, finding their own *man ka sukoon* (peace of mind).

About Featured

In my studio, we do not just focus on one discipline. Your child gets the calm and mindfulness of traditional yoga, alongside the physical agility and confidence that comes with gymnastics. Whether they are balancing on a rope or tumbling on a crash mat, every session is designed to make them feel safe, capable, and proud of their own progress.
