Yoga for children is more than a workout; it’s a 'work-in' that builds confidence and inner strength. Watch how our students grow from simple, playful poses to advanced asanas through consistent, joyful practice. 🧘‍♀️

It is so rewarding to see my students progress. Here is my wonderful student Asha mastering Kukutasana, an advanced arm-balancing pose. We build up to these moments with consistent practice, focusing on strength and patience.

Mastering inversions like the Sirsasana or headstand is a journey. In this video, I demonstrate some of the drills we practice to build the necessary core and shoulder strength safely.

In my sessions, I do not focus on rigid fitness drills. I guide children through a gradual process where they learn to balance their breath and body, slowly working up to advanced poses like Kukutasana. Whether it is one-on-one or a duo session with a friend, we keep the momentum going at your home, turning consistent practice into genuine self-belief.
