The Shakti Yoga Studio Experience
Our sessions in Rohini are designed to be safe and structured. We focus on:

Batch Details
Classes are held in evening slots from Monday to Friday. We offer two formats to fit your schedule:
- Standard Plan: 3 classes per week, ideal for those starting out.
- Intensive Plan: 5 classes per week for consistent practice and deeper progress.
