My yoga sessions for children focus on building physical resilience and mental focus through disciplined, safe, and active practice.

Here, I am providing hands-on support to a young student in a deep backbend. Using props like this yoga wheel helps achieve correct form safely, adding energy and strength to the body and mind.

This video shows a student moving from a handstand into a wheel pose. This sequence demonstrates the advanced dynamic flow and body control we build in my kids yoga classes.

Partner yoga is an important part of my classes in Rohini. This pose requires balance and trust between the two students, building teamwork and making practice enjoyable.

A student demonstrates a full front split, or Hanumanasana, on the mat. Consistent practice in my children's yoga sessions leads to this level of flexibility and confidence.

We also focus on building core strength. Here, a student uses wall ropes for a challenging core exercise, which is essential for supporting advanced yoga postures.
