Hybrid Monthly Maintenance Classes
Schedule Breakdown
- Hybrid Access: Total 20 hours of engagement per month.
- Offline: Approx 12 hours of physical in studio practice at Wilson Garden.
- Online: Approx 8 hours of guided virtual support.

- Atmosphere: Traditional silent discipline without music or mirrors.
Prerequisites
- Eligibility: Must have completed introductory foundation workshops.
- Commitment: Minimum 2 month lock in required after the initial month to ensure habit formation.
Purification & Cleansing Sessions
Hardware Included (Take Home)
- Bhuta Shuddhi: Includes Copper Kit (vessel, box, herbal supplies) worth approx INR 2,050.
- Jala Neti: Includes specialized Copper Jala Neti Pot worth approx INR 1,160.
Session Details
- Duration: Single session lasting 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Training: Initiation into elemental cleansing (Bhuta Shuddhi) or nasal irrigation (Jala Neti).
- Safety: Detailed instruction on hygiene and apparatus maintenance.

Why I Teach Yoga
For me, yoga is about stillness, not just stretching. It’s the quiet inside after I finish, the calm that sticks with me. I learned this from my master, Sadhguru. Now, I want to pass on these tools so you can feel that same magic inside.
