Yoga for Our Jawans: Indian Army & Air Force
It has been my greatest honor to offer Classical Hatha Yoga to our nation's protectors. I provide our Jawans in the Indian Army and Air Force with powerful tools for mental calm, stability, and stress release, which they can use to navigate the demands of their service. Some of these dedicated soldiers have even gone on to become instructors, sharing these practices within their own battalions.
Group Workshops
I offer workshops in Classical Hatha Yoga as it was originally transmitted, without modification. These sessions are open to everyone, whether you are a complete beginner seeking an authentic start or an experienced practitioner looking to deepen your Sadhana. The focus is on building physical and mental stability, enhancing balance, and cultivating a meditative state of mind.
Yoga for Children (Ages 7-13)
My yoga classes for children are designed to be fun, playful, and engaging. Through simple games and yogic practices, children can naturally improve their concentration, memory, and overall physical and mental balance. Parents often share that their kids wake up excited for yoga class, which is the best feedback I could ask for.
Corporate Wellness Programs
I offer specially designed yoga sessions for corporate teams to help manage workplace stress and improve mindfulness. These programs provide simple but potent tools to enhance focus, reduce anxiety, and bring a greater sense of balance to the workday. Sessions can be tailored to fit the specific needs and schedule of your organization.
My Sadhana: The Path of Stillness
Everything I teach comes from my own Sadhana, my personal journey of practice and transformation. This path, lit by my Guru, Sadhguru, is about turning inward to find stillness and explore the magic of life flowing within me. These are glimpses into my own practice and the experiences that fuel my desire to share yoga with others.
