About Yoga Instruction
What Yoga Means to Me
I don’t look for perfection in yoga - for me, it’s about progress, even if that means stumbling along the way. I’ve found that most of the real work is inside our own minds. My practice is guided by memories of my late Amma, and I see yoga as a blessing that helps me (and hopefully you) make peace with our thoughts.
My Way of Teaching
Yoga with me is less about nailing fancy poses and more about paying attention to your body. We use mindful movement yoga to notice what feels good, what feels tough, and how to let go of stress. My sessions are a mix of moving, breathing, and a bit of sitting quietly - all meant to help you find a little calm in the middle of life’s mess.
Ways We Can Practice
- Group classes: Beginner hatha yoga classes and Vinyasa sessions. Everyone’s welcome, and we grow together, step by step.
- One-on-one: If you want to work on specific goals or try advanced stuff safely, we’ll make a plan that works for you.
- Corporate groups: I bring yoga for stress relief right into your workspace with chair yoga and workshops.
How We Practice
- Postures (asanas) for strength and flexibility
- Pranayama (breathwork and meditation guidance) to steady the mind
- Yoga Nidra and meditation for deep relaxation
- Sometimes, a bit of sound healing for extra calm
Retreats happen now and then too - think yoga retreats in nature, with movement, sound, and plenty of time to unplug.
If you’re looking for a space to slow down and just be, you’ll fit right in.

My Story
People see the yoga teacher, the Karateka, but me? I’m just a dad, a husband first. My son, Yugan, he’s my thangame (my gold), keeps me on my toes – boss of the house now! Lost my Amma, her memory hits hard, but she’s still my strength. This whole healing thing, it’s for her, for my family. I’m chasing that S I L E N C E inside, and I’m grateful to share it with anyone who walks in.
