Classical Hatha Yoga: My Path of Stillness
Yoga is not about bending your body into shapes. It is about using the body as a tool to touch a deeper, more meditative dimension of life.
A moment of meditation in a quiet cave. The outer world fades away, and all that remains is the inner experience. This is the goal of yoga.
Practicing an asana is a way to use the body to arrive at stillness. The physical form is a doorway to a deeper, more meditative dimension of life.
A simple forward bend on a clifftop. My only regret about yoga is that I did not start earlier in my life.

About My Sadhana: The Path of Stillness
For me, yoga is not an exercise in flexibility. It is about the stillness I carry long after the mat is rolled away. This is what I call Sadhana: using the body as a tool to touch a deeper, more meditative dimension of life. My approach is rooted in the Classical Hatha Yoga I learned from my master, Sadhguru. We do not use music or mirrors, and we certainly do not chase trends. We focus on body geometry and breath to bring you to a state of inner stability that stays with you, whether you are at work or at home.
Understanding Classical Sadhana
My sessions in Bengaluru are not about burning calories or achieving the perfect pose for a social media photo. They are about the transmission of ancient Yogic sciences in their purest form. When you join a workshop, you are learning a sequence that has been preserved for generations—a tool you can take home and practice for the rest of your life.
What to Expect
Whether you are attending a session at my Wilson Garden studio or joining a weekend foundation workshop, the atmosphere is one of silent discipline. We focus on the precision of the asanas, the rhythm of the breath, and the subtle energy activation that happens when the body is aligned correctly.
- Surya Kriya: A powerful 21-step process to activate the system.
- Angamardana: A series of dynamic movements to gain mastery over your limbs and strengthen the skeletal system.
- Yogasanas: Complex postures to manipulate energy and cultivate a meditative mind.
Why Practice With Me?
I believe that if you want to help the world, you must first be willing to transform yourself. That is the philosophy I bring to every class, whether I am working with corporate teams in the city, kids who have a natural spark for learning, or our Jawans in the Armed Forces. My role is not to lead a fitness class, but to provide the tools for your own inner exploration. If you are ready to move beyond the physical and find true balance, I look forward to walking this path with you.
