About My Sadhana: The Path of Stillness

For me, yoga is not an exercise in flexibility. It is about the stillness I carry long after the mat is rolled away. This is what I call Sadhana: using the body as a tool to touch a deeper, more meditative dimension of life. My approach is rooted in the Classical Hatha Yoga I learned from my master, Sadhguru. We do not use music or mirrors, and we certainly do not chase trends. We focus on body geometry and breath to bring you to a state of inner stability that stays with you, whether you are at work or at home.
