Here is a glimpse into the energy of our group yoga sessions. We move together through a dynamic flow, with each person encouraged to find their own rhythm in our supportive GK-2 studio.

Finding balance not just on the mat, but in life. My personal practice, often in nature, inspires the Vrikshasana and other balancing poses we explore in class to improve focus and stability.

Your safety is my priority. I provide gentle, hands-on support, like in this assisted Chakrasana or Wheel Pose, to help you safely explore deeper backbends and build confidence in your practice.

I am so grateful for the wonderful community we are building. It was a joy to welcome a new yogi from New York to our class, sharing our practice and positive energy.

A quick tour of our peaceful Aatmspand Yoga Center in GK-2. I have designed this space to be a clean, calm, and welcoming sanctuary for your practice, away from the hustle of daily life.

Exploring advanced asanas like this variation of Sirsasana or headstand demonstrates what is possible with consistent practice. In my classes, we build the foundational strength for inversions step by step.

Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation, is a core part of our practice. Here I am moving through the sequence, which is a powerful way to energize the body and connect with your breath.

We always end our sessions with time for deep relaxation. This is a look at our guided meditation, where soft lighting and a calm environment help you find stillness and inner peace.

About Featured

In our small group sessions, capped at 12 participants, I provide tactile, hands-on adjustments to ensure your alignment is safe and effective. It is about more than just copying the pose. I want to help you find that specific modification or prop usage, like using a block or a stick, that makes the practice accessible and comfortable for your unique body.
