Finding balance not just on the mat, but in life. My personal practice, often in nature, inspires the Vrikshasana and other balancing poses we explore in class to improve focus and stability.
Your safety is my priority. I provide gentle, hands-on support, like in this assisted Chakrasana or Wheel Pose, to help you safely explore deeper backbends and build confidence in your practice.

We always end our sessions with time for deep relaxation. This is a look at our guided meditation, where soft lighting and a calm environment help you find stillness and inner peace.

In our small group sessions, capped at 12 participants, I provide tactile, hands-on adjustments to ensure your alignment is safe and effective. It is about more than just copying the pose. I want to help you find that specific modification or prop usage, like using a block or a stick, that makes the practice accessible and comfortable for your unique body.
At Aatmspand Yoga Center, my goal is to help you carry the feeling of calm off the mat. We are located in the heart of GK-2, where we have created a sanctuary away from the city hustle.
Our Approach
My teaching blends different disciplines. Some days, we focus on the discipline of Hatha yoga, and other days we pick up the pace with a dynamic Vinyasa flow. Surya Namaskar is the heartbeat of my sessions because it is powerful and energizing for all levels.
