The Magic of Inversions
Hanging upside down is a cornerstone of aerial yoga, and for good reason. It uses gravity to decompress the spine, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system, all while being incredibly fun. I guide everyone, from first timers to advanced students, through these poses safely.

Build Strength, Find Your Flow
Aerial yoga is a full body workout that builds surprising strength in your core, arms, and grip. We also use the hammock to achieve deeper stretches and create beautiful, flowing sequences that connect movement with breath. This practice tones your muscles while increasing your flexibility.
