Anahata is more than just a studio—it is a space where we grow, laugh, and learn together. From first-timers to our regulars, every student here is part of the heart of our community.

Prepping for a class with a wonderful group of women. The energy and excitement before we start to fly is always contagious.

I love this post from a student challenging herself on the weekends. We grow when we face challenges, and the hammock is a great tool for exploring your edge safely.

This insightful post from a student about overcoming fear is so powerful. It's a reminder that the lessons we learn in the hammock extend far beyond the studio walls.

A little bit of fun after a power packed session. The friendships and bonds formed in the studio are just as important as the poses we practice.

Just hanging out on the hammock is so much fun. These simple moments of play and laughter are a huge part of what makes our classes special.

People are often surprised by what their bodies can do. I believe in focusing on ability, not limitations. My goal is to help you discover your own magic.

Aerial yoga is for every body. It's wonderful to see students of all ages and fitness levels discover the joy of movement in the hammock.

A happy student enjoying an aerial split. Seeing this progress and confidence is the most rewarding part of being a teacher.

About Our Wonderful Student Community

Our aerial yoga batches are intentionally kept small—typically four to eight students—so you are never just a face in the crowd. Whether you are trying your first inversion or mastering a split, you will find people cheering you on, making it easier to step out of your comfort zone and try something new in a supportive environment.
