For any event I cater, I focus on culinary theatre, meaning I prep items like my signature lobster roulade or slow-cooked lamb on-site to ensure they reach your guests at peak quality. You’ll find me or my team handling everything from the delicate plating to the pairing suggestions, so you can actually enjoy the company instead of worrying about the logistics.

When I host a wine event or cater a private dinner, my goal isn't just to feed your guests; it's to create a French-inspired atmosphere that flows naturally from the first canapé to the final dessert.

My Catering Approach

My kitchen is built on "scratch-made" principles. Whether I’m catering an office lunch at Manyata or a weekend gathering in Yelahanka, I don't believe in shortcuts. You’ll see this in the textures—my hand-rolled pastas, slow-braised lamb shanks, and precise, technique-heavy sauces like the bisque accompanying my lobster roulade. I bring the restaurant's standards to your venue, ensuring the transition from a casual picnic setup to an elegant sit-down dinner feels seamless.

I frequently collaborate with partners like SDU to host wine tasting evenings. If you are planning a corporate offsite or a team lunch, I can design a menu that balances professional polish with the relaxed vibe of a French bistro.   • Lead Time: For custom menus or large gatherings, please give me at least 48-72 hours to source the freshest ingredients.
