My kitchen in Bangalore is built on a simple philosophy: if it can be made from scratch, we make it. You will see us kneading our signature sourdough or carefully plating a seven-hour slow-cooked lamb, proving that fine dining is as much about the process as it is about the final bite.
I believe that true flavor begins long before a dish touches the table. When you look at our process, you are seeing the 'l'art de la table'—the art of dining—in action. Whether we are in our Sahakarnagar kitchen or our Yelahanka restaurant, my team and I focus on the technical details that define modern French cuisine. This means we take the time for slow fermentation in our breads, we source fresh, free-range eggs, and we treat every plate as a canvas.
