My kitchen in Bangalore is built on a simple philosophy: if it can be made from scratch, we make it. You will see us kneading our signature sourdough or carefully plating a seven-hour slow-cooked lamb, proving that fine dining is as much about the process as it is about the final bite.

My take on a comfort classic. This is my tangy arrabbiata spaghetti, tossed with fresh vegetables, garnished with an edible flower, and served with a slice of perfectly grilled garlic bread. It’s a simple dish, elevated.
For our steakhouse evenings, I wanted to create something special. This is my signature steak, seared to perfection, coated in a rich, savory sauce, and served with herbed rice and sautéed seasonal vegetables.

A refreshing start to the evening. This salad features fresh strawberries, crisp greens, and pomegranate seeds, all brought together with a light dressing and balsamic glaze for a balance of sweet and tart notes.6
