Live Online Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Classes on Zoom
Bring the energy of a real shala to your living room. We meet live on Zoom to practice together, learn the sequence, and build a consistent habit.

About Live Online Classes (Zoom)
People often worry that online yoga feels disconnected, but my Zoom sessions are built to bridge that gap. We don't just follow a pre-recorded flow. Instead, I break down the Ashtanga Primary Series in real-time, giving you direct feedback on your alignment and helping you use household items as props so you can practice safely from your own space.
The core of my online teaching is a 21-day structured journey. In this time, we move through the Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series, focusing on the rhythm of breath and movement. Since we meet live for 90-minute sessions, there is always room to ask questions, fix your posture, and understand why we move the way we do.
What to expect
- Live Guidance: You get clear, step-by-step tutorials for every asana. If a pose feels out of reach, we use blocks, chairs, or belts to make it accessible.
- Sanskrit and English: We learn the traditional count together. It sounds intimidating at first, but it helps bring focus to your practice.
- Hinglish Clarity: I teach in a mix of Hindi and English. It helps keep things simple and real, just like a conversation in a shala.
- Community Support: You are not practicing alone. We have a dedicated WhatsApp group for doubt-solving, and the group energy during morning or evening slots keeps everyone motivated to show up.
Is this for you?
Whether you are a beginner looking to restart or an existing teacher wanting to refine your cues, this course helps you build a solid foundation. If you are brand new to yoga, I sometimes suggest doing a few months of Hatha first to get comfortable. My goal is simple: helping you become a happy practitioner who finds balance on and off the mat. It is not about being perfect, it is about being consistent.
