A glimpse into our daily online Mysore classes. Students from different countries practice the Ashtanga sequence together, each receiving individual attention to refine their technique and deepen their understanding.

A Mysore-style class means you move at your own rhythm, but you're never alone. I'm always watching, ready to offer a verbal cue to help you find a deeper expression of a pose or work through a challenge.

Even our online classes have unexpected visitors! Teaching from India often means sharing the space with local wildlife. It’s a good reminder to stay focused and find humor in the unexpected.

For me, joining an online group is 100% support and a driving force, even if I can only join a few times a month. This is the energy we cultivate in our shala, a place you can always return to for motivation.

A live led class is a beautiful experience of moving and breathing together as one. This was from a class in Delhi, but the feeling of connection is the same in our online led classes every Saturday.

About Our Online Shala: Practice With Us

Because we practice over Zoom, I ask you to keep your camera on during our sessions. This allows me to see your movement and provide live, verbal adjustments on your alignment, gaze, and breath in real time. You get the same precision and safety checks as you would in a physical studio, no matter where in the world you are logging in from.

Our virtual shala is built on the Ashtanga lineage but adapted for the reality of modern life. We operate two types of sessions designed to keep you on the mat.

Mysore Style (Mon-Fri)

This is where you take ownership of your practice. You log in within a two-hour window to practice at your own pace. I am there to supervise, answer questions, and give you individual pointers, just like in a traditional Mysore room. It is ideal for those who need flexibility or who want to work through the sequence without being rushed.

Led Primary Series (Saturday)

Once a week, we come together for a fully guided session. I count the Vinyasas in Sanskrit, and we all move and breathe as one. This builds collective energy and helps you internalize the rhythm of the practice.

Who is this for?

This space is best for students who already know the basic Ashtanga sequence. If you are a total beginner, please check my 'Ashtanga From Zero' course first to build your foundation safely. If you have been practicing for a while but feel stuck or lack the motivation to get on the mat alone, joining our group will provide that missing structure. We are a bilingual community, with instructions provided in both English and Ukrainian, so you will feel right at home regardless of your background.
