About Course Details & Schedules
Choosing the right batch is half the work. Beginners should start with my Abhyasa sessions to build a foundation, while experienced practitioners or teachers can jump into the Sadhana batches for deeper practice. I run these online via Zoom and offline in Malad West, so you can join regardless of where you are.
My Teaching Approach
Whether we are online on Zoom or offline in my Malad West shala, the goal remains the same: steady, consistent practice. I believe in showing up, even on days you feel tight or tired. My classes are not about perfecting a pose instantly. They are about understanding your body’s unique limitations and strengths.
Class Formats
- Online 21-Day Ashtanga Vinyasa: This is a structured journey. We break down the Primary Series, focusing on safe alignment, Sanskrit counting, and vinyasa mechanics. It is perfect if you want to build discipline or are a teacher looking to refine your cueing.
- Offline Batches: In Malad West, we focus on hands-on adjustments. We use props like wall ropes and wooden blocks to help you move deeper into stretches that might feel impossible alone.
- Strength Training: For those who want more than just flexibility, I run strength batches requiring simple 3kg or 5kg dumbbells to build functional power.
Choosing Your Level
Do not rush into advanced classes if you are just starting. If you are new, start with Hatha and foundational drills. If you are an experienced practitioner or a teacher, the Sadhana batches offer a high-intensity space where we practice more and talk less.
Practical Info
All online sessions are live. I do not record and send these because the group energy matters. Reach out on WhatsApp if you are confused about which batch suits your current practice level.
