Step inside our Jayanagar home. From intense handstand drills and aerial flights to quiet moments of reflection, see how we move, laugh, and find our flow every day.

The serene and calming atmosphere of our studio on a rainy day. It's a perfect space to drop in for a class and connect with yourself.

A glimpse of daily rituals at the studio. Here, an instructor holds a steady handstand, a testament to consistent practice.

Our founder, Regeesh, demonstrates the Agnistambhasana (Fire Log Pose), an intense hip opener. We focus on mindful movement and alignment in our practice.

A short clip of an instructor playing with different leg variations in a handstand, showcasing strength and control.

"Let it hurt, then let it go." An instructor holds a challenging handstand variation, embodying the philosophy of moving through discomfort to find release.

Ever wonder what we do when we're not teaching? Here’s a little behind the scenes look. We spend hours planning meaningful classes, but we also make plenty of time for creative chaos, laughter, and a few bloopers.

A student finds freedom and flight during an aerial yoga class, performing a perfect split with arms outstretched.

Cocooned in the safety of the orange hammock, this student experiences a moment of deep release and introspection during an aerial session.

An upside-down perspective from our aerial class. This inversion, supported by the hammock, helps decompress the spine and brings fresh oxygen to the brain.

Finding balance and strength in an inverted pose. Our studio provides a safe and encouraging space to explore what your body is capable of.

About Studio Life & Practice

You will notice a mix of serious aerial work and 'behind-the-scenes' laughter in our photos. That is because, at our Jayanagar studio, we hold space for deep practice—like handstands and Yin—but we never take ourselves too seriously, because we believe the real yoga happens when you are relaxed enough to mess up.
