Yin Yoga Teacher Training (50-Hour)

Our 50-hour Yin Yoga TTC is a deep dive into the art of slowing down. This meditative practice uses long-held floor poses to release tension in the connective tissues. We teach you the philosophy of Yin, how to use props for support, and how to guide students toward emotional and physical release.

200-Hour Foundation Teacher Training

This is our comprehensive 200-hour certification in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, designed for aspiring teachers and dedicated students alike. We blend traditional wisdom with modern teaching techniques, covering anatomy, philosophy, and sequencing to help you teach with confidence. We offer flexible formats including weekday, weekend, hybrid, and fully online courses.
