About Our Philosophy & Approach

When you walk into our Jayanagar studio or join us in Varkala, you will notice we do not push for physical perfection. We focus on how your body holds onto stress—whether it is the stiffness of a long workday or years of unexpressed emotions—and use techniques like Yin’s long holds to safely release that tension. It is a space where being 'wobbly' is perfectly fine, because we prioritize how you feel over how you look in a pose.
