See the energy and variety we bring to the mat, from supported aerial flows and partner practice to deep meditation and pure community fun.

My approach involves direct, hands-on adjustments to help you find the correct alignment and deepen your stretch safely, as seen here in this assisted Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose).

Experience the joy and freedom of Aerial Yoga. Here, a student gracefully holds a pose, using the silk hammock for support to build core strength and balance.

Partner yoga is about trust, balance, and creating beautiful shapes together. This Acro Yoga pose showcases the strength and connection we build in our community.

The power of a group practicing in unison is incredible. Here, our students hold Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II Pose), building strength and focus together in our sunlit shala.

We use props like chairs to make advanced poses more accessible and to deepen flexibility. This student demonstrates incredible control and flexibility in a chair-supported split.

To achieve the perfect form, we often use props like yoga straps. I provide careful guidance to ensure every student can safely explore advanced postures like this supported inversion.

Taking our practice outdoors connects us with nature. This advanced arm balance, Eka Pada Koundinyasana II, requires immense core strength and focus, showing the peak of physical discipline.

About this collection

What you see in these photos is exactly how I teach, with lots of hands-on adjustment and the right props to keep you safe. We do not just hold poses; we use blocks, wheels, and straps to ensure your alignment is correct, whether you are trying a simple stretch or a complex inversion.

Our Approach

My practice is built on a foundation of discipline, breath, and community. Whether you are walking into our studio in AECS Layout, Varthur, or Belathur, you will find a space free from distractions where we focus on Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa flows. I believe that yoga is for everyone, which is why you will see children, seniors, and athletes all working alongside each other in our batches.

Why Props Matter

You might notice students using chairs, wheels, or straps in these photos. These are not shortcuts. They are tools I use to help you deepen your practice and master difficult postures without risking injury. If you have been struggling to touch your toes or balance in an inversion, you will find that these tools act as an extension of your own body, giving you the confidence to push your limits.

Beyond the Mat

While the physical challenge is part of the journey, we also prioritize the internal work. Every session includes time for pranayama and meditation. When we master a difficult pose, we celebrate it with a collective 'Jai ho!'. It keeps the mood light, the energy high, and the community tight. Whether you are looking for aerial yoga to decompress your spine, partner sessions to build trust, or a certified teacher training course to take your practice to the next level, there is a place for you here.
