Studio Yoga Sessions and Vinyasa Flows
Step into my studio for a space where practice meets play. We focus on building real strength, nailing those balance transitions, and finding a little stillness—all without the pressure of being perfect.
The urge to fly is greater than the fear of falling. Practicing handstands in the studio is a powerful way to build physical strength and mental resilience.
A Sunday motivation flow with a fellow yogi. This sequence moves from Downward Dog splits into Pigeon Pose and seated twists, perfect for improving flexibility and mobility.
A more advanced and playful Vinyasa flow, incorporating arm balances and creative transitions. The studio is our playground to explore the limits of our practice.
A balance challenge flow designed to test stability and focus. We move through a series of one-legged poses like Warrior III, Natarajasana (Dancer's Pose), and Tree Pose.
About Studio Sessions & Flows
These sessions are kept to small groups of 15 to 20 people, ensuring you get actual feedback on your alignment and form. We use studio-grade props like blocks, straps, and bolsters to make those tricky poses safer and more accessible. It is just you, the mat, and a solid community vibe—no competitive energy, just us learning to fly.
A Space to Grow
My studio sessions are where we get into the technical side of yoga. Whether you are looking to master your first handstand or want to deepen your Vinyasa flow, these workshops are designed to break down complex movements into manageable baby steps. We move past the basics to explore arm balances, inversions, and partner work in a safe, air-conditioned environment.
What You Will Find
- Technique Deep Dives: We spend 2.5 to 3 hours focusing on specific skills like Acro Yoga or stability drills. It is hands-on, and I am right there to spot you and correct your form.
- Supportive Community: You will meet fellow yogis who are on the same journey. Most people arrive solo, but you will leave with a new group of friends.
- Proper Equipment: Forget worrying about mats or straps. We provide studio-grade gear so you can focus entirely on your practice.
Who Is This For?
Whether you have never stepped on a mat or you are a regular looking to level up your strength, there is a spot for you. These workshops are about showing up and having a laugh, even when we fall. If you have been searching for a Bengaluru yoga studio where the vibe is fun but the learning is serious, this is the place to be.
