A raw look into my personal daily practice and the real energy of our yoga studio. It is all about showing up, making progress, and the hard work that happens on and off the mat.

Behind every confident student is a teacher who practices what they teach. My own practice, including inversions and splits, is the foundation from which I guide my students. Their progress is a mirror of my dedication.

A strong start to the weekend. This video shows my personal practice, including inversions and core work. No excuses, just showing up and doing the work.

I taught my regular yoga session in this comfortable Tapasya Vastram clothing set. It's soft, breathable, and perfect for practice. This video shows a flow including a headstand variation.

Fitness is not about being lean; it's about how your body functions. Here I am in a scorpion pose variation, demonstrating the strength and mobility that comes from a consistent practice, regardless of body type.

True fitness is about function, not form. This chin stand with one leg extended is a testament to the strength and endurance built through yoga, which is a journey of self-improvement for every body.

Today’s session was a showcase of incredible talent and dedication. I am so proud to see my students, like this one mastering Urdhva Dandasana in a standing forward bend, pushing their limits. Their progress is my greatest inspiration.

Another one of my dedicated students holding a perfect Mayurasana (Peacock Pose). This arm balance requires immense core and wrist strength, and his focus is incredible to watch.

A student demonstrating incredible control in this Tripod Headstand variation. Seeing my students find stability and grace upside down is a highlight of my teaching.

This student is holding a solid Bakasana (Crow Pose). Building the strength for arm balances is a journey, and his consistent practice is clearly paying off.

Here is a student holding a steady Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Stand). Her alignment and strength are a testament to her hard work and dedication in class.

About Additional Practice & Studio Life

You will notice that our studio environment is intentionally simple, because yoga is about muscle engagement and breath, not about the aesthetics of the room. When you join, expect that same direct focus on your alignment, whether you are struggling with a Bakasana or working on your Pincha Mayurasana. I am here to help you understand your body, not just to look pretty in a pose.
