About Yoga for Everyone: From Kids to Grandparents

If you are worried about whether yoga is safe for your child or your aging parents, know this: we don't just do poses, we use props. By using Iyengar chairs, wall ropes, and aerial hammocks, we provide external support so that every student, regardless of joint pain or current strength levels, can perform stretches safely and effectively.
