My approach? 0% drama, 100% results. I’ve lived through this grind, and my journey from 78kg to a ripped 63kg is proof.

Strength: The Real Foundation

We start with raw, natural strength development - not fancy machines, just heavy compound lifts. Deadlifts and squats are basics, no negotiation. I’ve managed a 223kg deadlift at 67kg myself, so I get how hard it is. Expect tough upper body work too: military presses, pull-ups, heavy rows. You’ll earn every bit of muscle.

Build Muscle, Cut Fat

Once the base is solid, we hit muscle hypertrophy training and evidence-based fat loss. Want to bulk up or shred? We use targeted workouts for every muscle group and a scientific approach to dropping fat. No magic, just hard work backed by real results.

Nutrition That Works

As a certified nutritionist, I give you a personalized nutrition plan - not some copy-paste chart. You’ll get a full breakdown: calories, macros, what to eat, when to eat. Think rice, paneer, eggs, chicken - regular food, not rabbit diets.

My Story

People say I have too much attitude. Akadta hu kyuki akad sakta hu (I show attitude because I can). 2020 was rough, koi ni tha mere sath rone ko (no one was there to cry with me), so I toughened up. Youngest son, everyone thinks I’m tension-free? Not true. Fitness is my fix, but when I need a break, I take my bike to the mountains. Nothing heals me like those roads. Abhi to bahut unchi udaan bharni hai (Still got a long way to fly).
