What I Offer
- This is not for time-pass. I work with people who are serious about changing their physique and building strength.
- One-on-one strength training, right by your side every session. I don’t stand in the corner and watch - I get involved, correct your form, motivate you, and push you till you feel the dard (pain) and see results.
- You get a custom muscle building program. No copy-paste plans. Whether you want to get that V-taper look or hit bigger lifts, your plan is yours alone.
- Natural bodybuilding coaching only. No shortcuts, no “magic” stuff. Everything is built on real mehnat (hard work) and consistency.
What To Expect
- Diet and nutrition advice are a must. Training hard but eating wrong? Bhool jao results (forget about results).
- Want power? My clients are repping 240kg squats, 200kg+ deadlifts. We train like janwar (animals) for real strength.
- Want a stage-ready look? I’ll teach you posing, targeting every muscle, and getting you that shredded competition-ready body.
