About Training Together

During these 60 to 75-minute sessions, I am your spotter for the heavy compound movements that build real mass. If you are squatting or bench pressing, I am there to provide the physical support that lets you push to total failure. I handle the safety aspect so you can focus entirely on the lift.
I also prioritize immediate technique correction. A minor tweak in your foot placement or grip width can change the muscle engagement completely.
