Why I Train

Ram ram bhai saryanu. I don’t believe in shortcuts or magic 30-day bodies. If you’re looking for quick hacks, I’m not your guy. For me, building a solid body is like building a solid life - it takes years of mehnat (hard work), sacrifice, and a lot of patience. I learned from my Guruji, and now I want to pass that honest knowledge on.

My Way of Working

  • We train for real results, not just to look good in photos.
  • The gym is our ground - fully equipped, ready for heavy lifts.
  • My focus is on strength training for men and muscle building routines. Think: squats, bench, overhead press, and those classic big lifts.
  • Every workout is structured - you’ll know exactly why you’re doing each set. No random exercises, only proper plans for serious gains.

Technique & Safety

Most people injure themselves by chasing numbers, not learning proper lifting technique. I’ll be there, correcting your form on every rep till it’s right. Slow, controlled movement is the rule, not the exception.

Mindset & Atmosphere

Here, nobody’s a goat. Sher bano (Be a lion). The gym is more than just a place to sweat - it’s about building mental toughness and joining a brotherhood where everyone pushes each other.

My Story

Ram ram bhai saryanu! Main Abhishek Singh, ek fitness trainer aur bodybuilder. Bachpan mein gareeb tha, sapne bade the. Neend chhod di, mehnat ki, tab yahan tak aaya. Haar tab hoti hai jab maan lete ho, jeet tab milti hai jab thaan lete ho. Main jhukta nahi, dil se apne Guruji Mukesh Gahlot aur bade bhaiyon ko maanata hoon. Baaki sab Mahadev, Bajrangbali ke bharose. Sher bano, bheed mein mat kho jao.
