We focus on heavy compound movements and precise macro calculations that fit your lifestyle. I have pushed myself from 78kg to a shredded 63kg using this exact method, and I expect the same level of commitment from you. Building a strong body starts in the head, not the gym. Most people fail because they rely on fleeting motivation. My philosophy is simple: discipline is the only constant. Whether you are in Greater Noida training for strength or fat loss, the principles remain the same.
The Strength Foundation
We do not waste time on fancy machines that look good but do little. My programming revolves around heavy compound lifts. Deadlifts, squats, and military presses are non-negotiable. I have personally hit a 223kg deadlift at 67kg body weight, and I teach you how to move weight with correct form so you can do the same. If you are not willing to put in the hard work, swipe left.
Nutrition That Actually Works
I am a certified nutritionist, and I believe in real food. No rabbit diets, no starvation. We work with home-cooked Indian staples like paneer, curd, eggs, and chicken. You will get a personalized plan that breaks down your macros, so you know exactly what and when to eat. The goal is to build muscle while cutting fat, using science rather than magic tricks.
Me vs Me
This is your journey. I do not care about what others are doing or how fast they are progressing. You only compete with yourself. My remote coaching includes weekly check-ins where we review your progress, adjust your macro-calculated diet, and keep your lifts on track. If we are training in person, I am there spotting you, correcting your form, and ensuring that every session leaves you stronger than the last.
