About Physique Showcase
I do not believe in fancy gym machines or rabbit diets. My training methodology is built on the basics that actually build muscle, like heavy deadlifts, squats, and overhead presses, fueled by staples like rice, paneer, and chicken. My Approach: Discipline Over Motivation
Most people quit because they rely on motivation, which fades within a week. I operate on discipline. If you want a trainer who will hold your hand and tell you sweet lies, I am not the right person for you. But if you want to understand how to lift heavy, eat correctly, and actually see your body change, that is where my coaching starts.

I built my own physique, dropping from 78kg to a shredded 63kg, by focusing on raw, natural strength. We do not negotiate on the core movements. Whether you are bulking or cutting, your workout routine will center on:

- Upper Body Power: Heavy military presses, pull-ups, and rows.
- Progressive Overload: We track everything. You must be better than you were yesterday.
Nutrition: Real Food, Not Magic Pills
As a certified nutritionist, I provide plans that fit your lifestyle. You will not find expensive, exotic foods on my lists. We focus on Indian home-cooked staples like eggs, chicken, paneer, roti, and curd. I calculate your macros to ensure you are fueling your training, not just filling your stomach. You get a personalized plan based on your body weight and goals, which we adjust as you progress.
