Accountability
- Weekly Check-ins: Review of weight, body measurements, and physique photos every week.
- Form Correction: Asynchronous review of training videos to correct posture.
- Adjustments: Bi-weekly tweaks to calories or cardio based on visual progress.
1-on-1 In-Gym Personal Training

- Location: Strictly at Reefit Gym (Sector 46 or 39, Gurugram).
- Frequency: 16 sessions per month (4 days per week direct supervision).
- Intensity: Includes assisted reps, safety spotting for heavy compound lifts, and intensity management.
- Real-time Corrections: Instant tactile cues to fix posture and muscle engagement.
Lifestyle & Nutrition
- Diet Planning: Aggressive dietary protocols with fast adjustments based on in-gym visual assessment.
- Supplementation: Personalized stack planning including pre-workout and recovery protocols.

- Facility Fees: Gym floor membership fees for Reefit Gym are generally excluded or charged separately.

- Timeline Management: Structured phases for Off-season (Bulking), Pre-prep (Cutting), and Peak Week.
- Daily Monitoring: Daily check-ins on weight, water intake, and sodium levels closer to the show.
- Peak Week: Precise manipulation of carbohydrates, water, and sodium to achieve the stage-ready look.
Stage Presentation
- Posing Classes: One-on-one sessions to master mandatory poses and hide weak points.
- Choreography: Assistance with routine construction for the posing round.
Show Day Support
- Backstage Assistance: Presence on show day for tanning application, oiling, and pump-up assistance.
- Federation Support: Guidance on registration and federation standards.
