Everyone tries to cut calories by starving themselves, and that is why they fail. I do not give you a rabbit diet. I calculate your exact macros—protein, fats, and carbs—using the same Indian staples like paneer, rice, and chicken you already have in your kitchen. We focus on fueling your performance, not just restricting what you eat.
