I believe in hard work, not magic pills. For me, bodybuilding is all about mehnat (hard work), consistency, and enjoying the process (mauj). You won’t find shortcuts here - just honest coaching and real results.

My Training Style

  • Heavy compound lifts like squats, bench presses, and rack pulls are the backbone. I personally train with big numbers (170kg squat, 130kg bench, 230kg rack pull) so I know what it takes.
  • I’m obsessed with technique. Every rep matters - I’ll spot you, fix your form, and make sure you’re lifting safe, bhai.
  • Beyond the big lifts, we add machines and isolation work to sculpt a balanced physique.

I’m Amit. My routine? Simple. Eat, gym, repeat. Discipline is my jam. Sure, people see me lifting heavy, but every rep comes from sweat and setbacks. Balance matters too—sometimes I’m on my bike in the mountains, at the mandir, or with family for Diwali. I say, 'Pata hai kyun log jalte hain? Kyunki mehnat karte hain.'
