Logistics
- Duration: 60 minutes of dedicated floor time per session.
- Booking Requirement: Rate applies to bulk packages (12, 24, or 36 session bundles).
- Location: Strictly at Anytime Fitness, Sector 29, Gurugram (Client must hold their own gym membership).
Training Focus
- Heavy Compound Lifts: Technical coaching for Squats, Deadlifts, and Bench Press.
- Active Spotting: Hands-on assistance for lifting heavy loads safely near failure.
- Routine: Customized bodybuilding splits (e.g., Push-Pull-Legs) based on attendance frequency.
Nutrition & Planning
- Diet Plan: Macro-based nutrition charts tailored for Bulking (surplus) or Cutting (deficit).
- Support: Real-time form correction and daily attendance tracking.
Single Session & Form Correction
Session Scope
- Format: Single pay-as-you-go session or small trial bundle (1 to 5 sessions).
- Objective: Targeted troubleshooting for form issues, mobility restrictions, or 1-Rep Max testing.
- Advanced Spotting: Critical safety assistance for maximal effort attempts.
Technical Guidance
- Movement Screening: Visual assessment to fix lifting mechanics (e.g., bench arch, squat depth).
- Intensity Techniques: Introduction to drop-sets, super-sets, and failure training.
- Equipment: Utilization of heavy dumbbells (up to 40kg) and Hammer Strength machines.
Advisory
- Program Audit: Review and critique of the client's existing self-managed routine.
- Supplementation: Advice on sports supplements like Creatine, Whey, and Pre-workout.

I believe in hard work, not magic pills. For me, bodybuilding is all about mehnat (hard work), consistency, and enjoying the process (mauj). You won’t find shortcuts here - just honest coaching and real results.
My Training Style
- Heavy compound lifts like squats, bench presses, and rack pulls are the backbone. I personally train with big numbers (170kg squat, 130kg bench, 230kg rack pull) so I know what it takes.
- I’m obsessed with technique. Every rep matters - I’ll spot you, fix your form, and make sure you’re lifting safe, bhai.
- Beyond the big lifts, we add machines and isolation work to sculpt a balanced physique.
