- Gym membership fees are payable separately to the facility.

- Calorie-deficit charts centered on home-cooked meals (Roti, Sabzi, Dal).
- Uses standard grocery items to minimize costs; no exotic ingredients required.
- Delivered via PDF or detailed text format.
Workout Schedule
- Split routines (Push/Pull/Legs) designed for 4-6 days a week.
- Focuses on commercial gym equipment; limited options for home workouts.
- Includes links to video demonstrations for form reference.
Remote Monitoring
- Weekly check-ins via WhatsApp text or voice notes to track compliance.
- Review of lifting technique via client-submitted videos.
