This is my tribe, the AFC Squad. We are a community of individuals from all walks of life, united by the goal of becoming stronger every day. This is the energy and support system you become a part of when you join us.

Perfecting the split jerk requires attention to detail. Here, I am guiding a client through the footwork and body mechanics, ensuring she builds the right technique to lift safely and powerfully. This is the kind of hands-on coaching you can expect.

Meet Basant, our athlete of the month. When she started, she had zero gym experience. Now, she's hip thrusting 75 kgs and doing 25 kg thrusters. Her story is proof that with consistency and the right guidance, anything is possible.

This is what our youth fitness program is all about. It's not just about lifting weights; it's about building confidence, discipline, and having fun while getting stronger. Here I am training with one of our little ninjas, matching his energy rep for rep.

A strong back and hips are the foundation of all major lifts. In this video, I demonstrate hip airplanes, a key mobility exercise I use myself and with my clients to improve squat depth and prevent lower back pain.

A snapshot of our Saturday community workout in full swing. The gym is filled with energy, with everyone focused on their own workout but still connected by the shared grind. This is where we push our limits together.

For me, training is a form of Svadharma, or personal duty. This clip of me on the gymnastics rings captures that philosophy. The struggle and sacrifice in training are what feed our growth, both inside and outside the gym.

About this collection

I break down complex movements like Olympic lifts, ensuring your biomechanics are correct before we even think about adding intensity. It’s about building a solid base so you stay injury-free and get results that actually stick.

Fitness is about showing up consistently. Whether you're interested in CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, or just building general conditioning, my approach at Adapt Fitness Club is rooted in 'Svadharma'—treating training as your duty.

My Coaching Philosophy

I don't believe in shortcuts. My programs are designed for long-term health and performance. We work on strength, mobility, and agility. For the beginners, we start with the fundamentals—body awareness, core activation, and safe range of motion. For the athletes, we push the limits in a controlled environment.

The AFC Squad

Our community is the heart of everything. We train hard, but we also support each other. From our Saturday community workouts to our specialized youth fitness programs, the goal is simple: become a better version of yourself than you were yesterday. You aren't just joining a gym; you're joining a squad where everyone is pushing to become stronger every day.
