Our Training Philosophy & Approach
We don't just count reps; we build athletes. Discover how we scale intensity to your level and make functional fitness a sustainable, daily habit.
Is CrossFit too intense for beginners? I address this common concern head-on. Intensity is relative, and we scale every workout to your individual capacity. Your day 100 will look very different from your day one.
Ageing is a reality, but how you age is a choice. I share four key pointers for ageing healthier: strength training, wise nutrition, picking up a hobby, and surrounding yourself with youthful energy.
Coach Archie defines fitness in 100 words, based on the original CrossFit prescription. It covers nutrition, training major lifts, mastering gymnastics, and constantly varying your workouts. Routine is the enemy.
To maximize your gains from heavy lifts like squats and deadlifts, we superset them with core holds. This strengthens your stabilizer muscles and protects your lower back.
Want to maximize your gains from a squat and deadlift workout? I explain how supersetting these compound movements with core holds can compound your gains and protect your lower back.
About Our Philosophy & Approach
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all training. Whether you are a new mom or a seasoned athlete, we scale every workout to your specific capacity. We train in an industrial, no-mirror box setup in Punjabi Bagh to help you focus on your movement mechanics and form, not your reflection, ensuring you get stronger and safer with every session.
Why We Skip The Mirrors
Most gyms have walls of mirrors, but at 367 Crossfit, we remove them. Why? Because we want you to develop proprioception—the ability to sense where your body is in space. Without a mirror to rely on, you learn to feel the movement of a squat or a deadlift rather than just watching it. This builds real movement awareness that stays with you long after you leave our box.
Intensity Is Relative
People often think Crossfit is only for elite athletes, but that is a myth. 'Arre yaar, yeh toh mushkil hai' is the most common reaction we get, but intensity is strictly relative here. We load an individual based on their own capacity, not someone else's. Through progressive overload, your Day 100 looks vastly different from your Day One. We constantly vary the movements, objects, and intervals to keep your body guessing and growing.
Moving Better, Aging Gracefully
We don't train for Instagram aesthetics. We train for longevity. Fitness should be about how gracefully you can age. That is why our programming emphasizes:
- Functional Strength: Movements that translate to real life, like picking up groceries or carrying kids.
- Mobility Work: Dynamic stretching to keep your joints healthy.
- Skill to Kill: Dedicated coaching sessions for technical movements like the Snatch or Muscle-ups, broken down into simple, step-by-step drills.
The 367 Nutrition Philosophy
Asal mein (honestly), fitness is a lifestyle. We avoid generic diet charts. We focus on macro-guidance that actually fits an Indian household—more protein, good fats, and minimal processed sugar. If you are ready to show up, do the work, and trust the process, you will see the results.
367 Crossfit
We are 367 Crossfit, a community-focused box in Punjabi Bagh. We believe in building people, not just bodies, by teaching you to move smarter and lift better for the long haul.
